• Alcoholic beverages are allowed to participants age 18 or older because of national alcohol restrictions.
• Participants under the age of 18 are provided non alcoholic beverages.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Advise of any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. A vegeterian option is available on request.
• Please let us know for allergies at time of booking.
• We accept no responsibility if the customer has lost their tour because they have changed their pick-up point and not notified us in all available ways.
• We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused by the customer to our visiting areas and only he bears the responsibility for repairing the damage to the owner of the visiting area. (Olive mill, winery, Cretan herbs, honey museum, cafe, restaurants and shops selling local products).
• We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused by the customer to the partnered minivan transport used for the transport of the excursion and he alone bears the responsibility for damages to the owner.
• We do not accept responsibility for any stolen or lost items of the customer during the excursion. He is responsible for being particularly careful and responsible for his personal belongings.
• The tour guide does not stay at the pickup point for more than 10 minutes if a customer does not show up and start the tour.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions during the excursion, the program continues as normal and free umbrellas are available.
• Once your purchase is successful, you will be immediately confirmed via email. Also, when you submit your reservation, the cancellation fee policy will apply. If for some reason you encounter a problem and your purchase cannot be confirmed, we will provide a full refund for your purchase without additional charges. However we recommend every customer to read the cancellation policy.
Special refund case
• This experience requires a good weather. If it's canceled because of bad weather conditions,you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
Cancellation and refund policy:
• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start time.
• Any changes less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
• 100% of your total amount will be charged and not refund if you do not notify us about your cancellation or make any changes on the same day of your schedule activity or No show.
• No amounts are being refundable in case you decide to end the activity before the schedule ending time.
• Cut-off times are based on the experiences's local time.
How to Cancel a Reservation:
• We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to three business days.

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
